Dance Therapy is an alternative and non-verbal approach to psychotherapy. Its purpose is to provide a safe therapeutic framework within which the individual can be creatively involved in a process of personal development and integration.

It focuses on physical movement and the body’s ability to communicate. It enhances the sense of connection between mind and body and encourages the process of expressing emotions and boosting self-confidence.

It is beneficial for all ages and all population groups. Individual and group sessions are offered upon request.
